I've downloaded the game twice but I wasn't able to install it. The first time, when I pressed on the "INSTALL" link, it just did nothing, the second time i told the downloader to automatically install the game but it said that the setup files were corrupted, what shall I do?

Bought the game during the recent sale. THREE download attempts before a clean copy came through. When trying to install, I see an error message saying,

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Window's you're running. Check you computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program and then contact the software publisher."

I'm not certain what it means, but I am certain that I cannot install/play the game--and I am NOT computer savy. How can I get this game refunded?
