Hello, i know of a patch for French subtitles.

Though i haven't tried this one patch, but others from the same site are working well. (Black Mirror 2 & 3, Gray Matter). Only one with problem i had was Ceville. Good luck!

Ce patch ne marche pas bien, pas de sous titres pendant les dialogues: ecran noir, si un fr a une solution, donnez la svp.
