During the tutorial, after the rifle part, I am unable to move my character or open the menu (Esc button).
I already tried playing it in compatibility mode and there are no change.
Due to this issue I am unable to progress in the game and therefore unable to play it.
Is there anything I can do to fix that?

Did you happen to pop open the map or other interface element while loading/aiming? I noticed that doing so can cause the controls to glitch out.

The entire tutorial section is really glitchy. I recommend restarting and doing exactly what the game tells you and nothing else.

Have you tried starting an entirely new game? Also, try not skipping the tutorial videos.

I had a similar problem and I believe I fixed it by starting over. It might also help to provide your system specifications.
