Its been a few days since there were released and you can't even
reply if its being looked at, reminds me of saints row 2 and that supposed "fix" that did absolutely nothing.
I got a reply from support. Please sent in a ticket about that too if it affects you, the more the merrier.

It is in fact a good altough pretty useless thing since all support is doing is to forward it to the product team. There it stays for don't know how long and if we are really lucky it might be fixed sometimes it might also simply be forgotten. Roll the dice ;)

I sent in a ticket but have yet to get a reply, how many days did yours take?

Usually pestering then with a few hundred support tickets helps eh?

Quite funny I have not had any real issue with 3 and was expecting the same of 4 but I can't save my subtitles.....

Is it just me or does the games audio seem strangely out of balance?

I hope GOG can fix this problem. It's really annoying when one has to reset a ton of options every time the game loads.

Usually the next day. Its not a fix but an aknowledgement. Nobody can say for sure that sending the tickets will help making this problem more of a priority for them; but everybody can say for sure that sending nothing will accomplish nothing ;)

I've had this problem too, and even sent a support ticket about it. They offered a refund - I didn't want it. I'd just prefer the game be fixed. >_< I have some good memories from this game and if nothing else that's why I'll keep it - but I think the real problem is Volition because there was a keybinding bug that never got fixed on Steam's GOOH for a very long time, too (for at least a couple years, if it hasn't been fixed by now).

I am quite sure that they just offered you the refund as an alternative because fixing this might take some time. I experienced the same with the not yet working achievements in "Layers Of Fear".

Unfortunately you're probably right. Bundling those installers, testing them and uploading them probably costs a lot of time. Time missing for such unimportant tatsks like getting a game to actually work the way it should ....
