I just installed SR 2, and when I start it up, the menu cycles through all the options and I can pick one, but the sub menu I can't pick nor back out of.

Example, round and round I hit enter. Out of luck I get Multi-Player menu with four options in it and there I can't back out of or select anything.

Its not my keyboard key stuck, but that is what it acts like sorta.

Do you have a joystick or a controller connected? If so, the game could be detecting input from that, so try unplugging it before you launch.
