Did I miss something or is there no TV and no crib customization in the HQ crib? I've found gang customization, the radio and the player stashes: money, weapons and warderobe.
If it makes a difference, I'm currently playing without Gentlemen of the Row.

Don't remember about the TV/game console, but at the point in the game I've gotten to, I don't think there is any customization of the underground headquarters itself.
However, AFAIR, it is the only place you can customize your gang itself within the game.

HunchBluntley: Don't remember about the TV/game console, but at the point in the game I've gotten to, I don't think there is any customization of the underground headquarters itself.
Then at least I know I'm not blind ;-)
And it doesn't really matter because Red Light is right around the corner and there you don't have to climb down lots of stairs to get at your stuff.
