Saints Row 1 is STILL console only?

Yes. Same for the dlc's Ultor Exposed, Unkut pack and Corporate Warfare for Saints Row 2.
And that will remain now, also since Volition is no more.
There were plans to bring out a remaster of Saints Row 2, including the dlc's. That would be done by idolninja and minimaul. But mike watson aka idolninja passed away few years ago and deep silver by then broke the promise to mike. Nordic, who acquired koch media and thus also deep silver and volition, isn't interested. So the remaster will never come, just as saints row 1 will never be ported. There was a reboot, but that is not the same. That turned out to be garbage and final nail to the coffin of volition.
So if you want to play saints row 1 you have unfortunatly have to buy an xbox.
And that will remain now, also since Volition is no more.
