New to saints row. Bought SR 4 cheap on sales and started. Went through thestart up sequence and came to carracter selection. Found out i rather be a good looking lady than that carr. showing up. When i pushed change sex something about leaving the storyline?? came up. Why is it a option if you can't use it. Game crashes if i do. Use administrator and tried a earlier win, to see if that help but no. It no sence in choosing caracter if you have to use what's given to you?
What's wrong???

Who knows what menu you entered.

Changing the character's appearance is done (properly!) at a plastic surgeon, and you can do it as many times as you wish (as long as you have the ingame money for that), sex change included.
Unfortunately it gets more complicated with each game. I'm not kidding! :P

Start with 2 and then 3 and THEN 4.
Tnx fot replay. So it's a store somewhere you can do it. Well not my nr. 1 game but cheap anought i might buy 2 and 3t. And ofc. i haven't played it that much. I have many games i like more. Not a Fan of killing orgie.
But great of you to explain.

I'm not sure how the PC ports work, but on consoles you could import a character from 2(?) and/or 3 into the fourth so that might be something to ponder. Actually, I'm not sure if it even ever worked on 360 when I tried it!

Anyway, your character's sex or appearance has very little to do with anything, so take as much or little time as you want creating them. A default character will play the same as the most meticulously crafted one, it's more about how you want them to be. But you can always change it at a surgeon in-game, something most games don't offer after initial character creation.

2 and 3 are wholly different engines. Migrating between the two can't be possible.
