Were they completely stripped out of the Gold version of the game?

Unknown as I am one that rarely if ever uses them. What kind of cheats are there for the game?

Well there were cheats for God Mode I found on sites for earlier versions of Sacred, but none of them function on Sacred Gold.. Not sure if they just took them all out, or interest in the game died down before people actually found them..
All I get when I try to enable cheats is "Nice Try Cheater" and if I try to enable God Mode it says "Cheats Disabled"

I read somewhere that Sacred shipped with some cheats implemented, but that they took the cheats out in the first patch.

Kinda sucks if they removed all the cheats, yet left the "sys cheat" command in the Help section of the command line that comes up when you press the tilde key.

I'm working on a trainer for Sacred Gold if anyone's interested. So far I have infinite life, infinite skill points, and infinite gold (in shops, at least, not sure about stables).

I am a bit wary of running unknown .exes though.. just wish they had kept the cheats they already had. :)

I can understand that. Wish I could release the source, but it's built with a third-party product (Cheat Engine). I could give you the source of my assembly patches if you'd like :)

I tried it out, god mode seems to work perfectly.. I've only tested it out, but it should come in handy with dragons.. So far those are the only mobs I have major issues with.

Speaking of progress, a new version is available now! It adds infinite attribute points (strength, etc) and 10x skills per badge cheats.

Oh dude...this trainer rocks all :D
Mainly because its the only one that worked, and he somehow managed to use cheat engine without his dude exploding into bits or the game crashing :O

# Infinite runes at exchange screen (see notes)
# Max level on first kill (by request)
