Steam got it yesterday I believe. I have yet to see an update notificaiton for my GOG copy.

It's already available via Galaxy and we are working on the offline installers.

any idea when / if non steam / gog versions are getting it?

Microsoft doesn't know. reikon / devolver, haven't had any luck contacting them.

don't really care if I have to buy another key for this, if that's the way its gotta be ok.

just like to know 100% before doing so is all.

Oh, you meant the Microsoft update? Then ufortunately no. The update is here on GOG. Sorry to have mislead you.

Microsoft will be updated with PS4 and X1 mid Feb.
We need to make sure that the game with all the updates passes certification and it takes time.
Right now we're simultaneously working on new content and preparing PS4 and X1 (including the Microsoft version) builds.

do you intend on allowing for the free savage upgrade, & / or is ms going to bill additionally, as paid dlc?

Price will not change with the update. Unless there's a discount ;)

We've been experiencing some major problems with the UWP build. We only managed to fix it last Friday after weeks of intense debugging.
Hopefully, the build will be available in a few days. Sorry for the delay.
