Peregrine: No, I am using Windows 7. I have tried everything but nothing will make this game run.

DrewHal: well it starts and i can hear the music except it's just a black screen, the strange thing is though is when i change the volume on my computer the game will run fine until the volume level goes away (just a few seconds) and then the title screen is just frozen there although the sound/music still runs and the game will only continue to run every time i change the volume.
