This German Language Pack is not available anymore.

Theoretically this may be possible, but I do not own the GOG-version of RCT1, so I have no chance to work with the game files of the GOG-version and the retail-version at the moment.

Mir ist ein kleiner Fehler aufgefallen bei den hinweise zur Installation steht im letzten Satz ''...müssen Sie Desperados neu installieren.'' Ansonsten funktioniert alles super danke.

Stimmt, danke für den Hinweis!

Ich habe auch einen German Language Patch für Desperados erstellt und damals noch keine Variablen benutzt. Ich dachte, ich erstelle so einen Patch nur einmal. Aber jetzt hat mich das mit RCT2 genervt, also habe ich noch einen erstellt. Und dann auch für American Conquest... Tja, die nächsten Patches werden Variablen haben – und dann diesen Fehler auch nicht mehr. :)

Thanks alot for the patch. Though the game is easy to play in english, its much easier to follow in german when you were used to it for many year. So thanks for the effort =)

I don't understand what you mean.

I create my patches using the German version of the game I own, and then use all data that is necessary to transfer a non-German version into a German one. Very often one has to modify game data, settings and/or registry entries, which most people are not familiar with. That's why I also created a comfortable installer, which everyone can use without any problems.

Downloading prompted a system warning by Avira called "Der Zugriff auf die Datei rct2_glp_setup.exe, die ein Virus oder unerwünschtes Programm TR/Rogue.KD.611830 enthält, wurde verweigert."

I am also using Avira (free edition) and I can't recreate that error. :( Do you use the most recent version of Avira? Any additional Windows updates, that may interfere?

Sorry for not answering for quite a while, but I had some real-life stuff to do. :) However, here we go: I updated both the link in the first post and the patch itself. You can now download it again. The patch was tested by me yesterday and I worked fine. Enjoy!
