I bought this off GOG a few days ago, but I cannot get it to run at all. Every time I try, it crashes my computer or doesn't load at all. I've tried every combination possible, running it as an admin, different compatabilities, etc etc. Nothing I do works. Is there anything I can do, or should I just give up?

Make sure you've got all older DirectX components on your system by installing DirectX9:

Maybe this solves your issue.
