I bought this game on steam and encountered the same problem. Although I did not try it for myself, others found that using the Catalyst 13.4 driver solves the problem

I'm having this problem too, and I tried rolling back my driver and it didn't work. I don't want to use an older version of a driver anyways. Shouldn't GOG be able to update the game so that it works on newer computers? I really REALLY hope so because I like this game a lot but it's just so annoying to have the game stop whenever I move the mouse.

Same problem for me. Searched the steam forums and it seems to be a common problem with amd cards. I've tried different drivers but had no luck with it. Newest 13.11 beta drivers didn't work.

Any fix for this? the newest 13.12 driver don't work either.

Upgrading my Catalyst drivers to 13.12 fixed it for me.

13.12 worked for me, too, more or less. I still get really tiny stutter.

I noticed last night that I had AMD driver version 13.4 for my Radeon 5850. Curiously, I updated the driver to see if I got the mouse stutter bug with RCT3. Straight away, after the install of 13.12 I had stutter upon moving the mouse, both in the menu and in the game.

Upon uninstalling 13.12, I was greeted with a bluescreen, where the only way I could get my PC booting into Windows was via F8 Safe mode and then a system restore back to 13.4!

Now that I'm back to running 13.4, RCT3 plays as expected.
