I purchased RCT1 back in March. I did not have any problems with it until very recently. One night I was playing it and the next day it wouldn't work at all! Whenever I attempt to open it, the icon appears on my taskbar at the bottom of the screen, but nothing opens and my computer freezes. I've tried making sure no other programs were open and restoring my computer, to no avail. I also always open it by clicking "run as administrator" so that's not the issue. I would appreciate any ideas or solutions to this issue.

Did you try reinstalling the game? Preferably outside Program Files folder (this is a general rule - don't install gog games in Program Files). Do you remember when exactly was it? Perhaps you installed other software on the same day?
