How do I fix an issue with my sound's sync being off. It's delayed about 1 second before I hear a sound from a gun/menu changes, ect. Thanks!

EDIT: It also does it in Blake Stone.
I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
Onboard realtek audio
GeForce GTX 460
Intel Core i5 2.67 GHz
8 GB RAM

As all of these are games running in DOSBox, I'm guessing there is something about your system that isn't working optimally with the DOSBox settings provided. Don't know what system you have though, or what OS you are on, so I can only suggest that you play around with the .conf files for the games. It could be the sound settings or it could be some form of lag.

I added my system specs to my OP.
I looked at the "dosboxRiseOTT_single.con"f file for ROTT and this is all it is:

[autoexec]
# Lines in this section will be run at startup.

@ECHO OFF
mount C ".."
c:
cls
ROTT.EXE
exit

In that case, ROTT has multiple .conf files. The one with _single is just the commands to launch the game without network play. From the filename I'd say you need to look for dosboxRiseOTT.conf.

My system uses onboard RealTek sound, but I'm on Vista x64. Wouldn't have thought this would make much difference, so I'm guessing it is some kind of lag. CPU and RAM specs might help. DOSBox is very CPU intensive.
I've found personally changing [mixer] rate= to what your card setting are works for me.
The default is a low value like 22050 and doing that causes lag in the sound.
