The game doesn't feature my native monitor resolution (2048x1152). Is there anyway to apply a custom resolution? I've already gone through the config files.

Try opening the console and typing "setres 2048x1152". Without the quotes, of course.

Navigate to %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Rise Of The Triad\ROTTGame\Config. There you can find a file called ROTTSystemSettings.ini. Modify ResX & ResY values accordingly. I'm using a 1920x1200 monitor so I set them as follows:
ResX=1920
ResY=1200

In my case, I need to set the res to 720x480
