When I start up the LDK, I'm unable to launch UnrealED. If I choose 32-bit, I get a message about steam_api.dll being missing from my computer.

If I choose 64-bit, then I get the message in the image attached below.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.

I had the same issue, too, but I think I fixed it.

The problem is that the LDK has to be run in the same folder as your RotT13 game installation. I'm not l337 enough to know if you can just unzip the files into the game folder with no problem, so I manually copied over all the LDK files, instead. The LDK folder has the same file structure as the game folder, so it should be straightforward where everything goes. Once I finished, I fired up the launcher from within the RotT folder, et voila! It worked.

I haven't actually tried making a level, yet, but so far everything looks like it's running correctly.
