DiegoPonga: I would like to change it like this:

W - Go forward
A - Strife left
S - Go backwards
D - Strife right

E - Open doors

Mouse button 1 - Shoot
Mouse X axis - Look left / Look right
Mouse Y axis - Disabled (I hate that it thinks you want to walk forward/backwards...)

I guess the DOSBox control interface (Ctrl+F1) allows you to do this, but I find it too confusing. If someone can give me a hint (or post his/her .txt file) I would really appreciate!
