as the topic says . after it says it is not found it asks me to reinstall the game witch i have done 3 times and still says it is missing so im reaching out to all of you to see if any of you have had the same problem in the past

Reinstalling both Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Packages should do the trick:
x86: http://files.gog.com/support/MSVC2013/vcredist_x86.exe
x64: http://files.gog.com/support/MSVC2013_x64/vcredist_x64.exe

Irrehaare: Reinstalling both Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Packages should do the trick:

Not on my rig. I installed this x3, no joy.

For some unknown reason I only installed the 64 bit version of the program. The game now boots, although there are a host of other problems. Thanks again for your assistance.
