Just curious if it only has tank controls enabled or also has 3D movement option available as well?

Never said it was. Just stating fact. Tank controls IS how it is suppose to be played.

As cool as having options would be, this is very much the original PC port updated to run on modern hardware and little more than that, unfortunatly that means that you have to use tank controls. I'm not the biggest fan of them myself but I found myself getting used to them pretty quickly when I was playing the playstation directors cut version

I never see anyone mention this but camera based non-tank controls DOES exist for RE2, on the N64 version. Personally it’s my preferred way to play but you give up a lot in terms of graphical and audio fidelity.
The N64 version has analog controls, and people kept saying for decades it plays like a dream...I never did, and I think these games were designed to be played with tank controls, but the option OFFICIALLY exists.
