Aiming up and down is real sensitive, like I push left and *barely* up and it aims up, same for down. This is on joystick. Am I supposed to play it with dpad, or is there a way to fix the sensitivity?

I dunno 'bout Rebirth, but the Nintendo 64 was barely a year old when this port came out in '97. You're not supposed to play this with a thumbstick.

I don't know your setup. But maybe you can adjust the dead zones of your analog sticks in your gamepad settings on PC to fix the issue?
