I was playing to 100% complete the game, and noticed I was missing 1 General Intel in Episode 2. After some searching, I discovered that the intel circled in the attached picture is the one I am missing. However, when I go to that room, the intel doesn’t show up so I am unable to scan it. Has anyone else run into this issue? Or found a fix for it?

Maybe if you don't find help here in GOG you can visit the game's help thread on Steam for the solution to the problem...
