What do I do with all of them? I feel like dumping my current "interest" would have very negative repercussions. Also... does accepting automatically cut whichever one you're on out?

well this reply is a bit late sorry
accepting a new relationship breaks you up with the old one and will drop their like value of you a lot it is possible to become friends with them again
the game seems set up assuming you will drop interests as they are no longer useful

It is indeed a great pity the game assumes this :( I hope there is a new update coming.
