Here are some of tested and suggested mods for Redneck Rampage. If you have more that you'd like to share here is the exact place. Note. It is better to test each mod with gog installer first before you add new one to this topic.
1. rrconed
Gives player 100000 health 999 ammo and other things.

2. hulkgame
Makes player look like hulk, and other things.

3. xtrainer
A modified level and cons thats supposed to help hone your multiplayer skills.

4. gutspak
Adds more blood and guts to the game.

5. cacopa
Makes all the UFO's in Redneck appear as the Cacodemon from Doom.

6. cootgame

7. pigcon

Totally Redneck
it also has walkthroughs and cheats and mods like the ones above (listed under 'con hacks')

and with the cuss pack, remember that the included customiz.txt has simple instructions on how to revert individual sounds back to the originals.
Example: Chris thinks it's repetitious to hear Billy Ray say "Ow, f--ker!"
each time he's hit. Chris goes to the REDNECK directory and deletes the file
BR_PAIN.VOC. From now on, whenever Chris shoots Billy Ray, he's just going
to make his usual unintelligible grunt of pain.

and for those who are more advanced, customiz.txt even has a tutorial for replacing any sound in the game with your own.
maybe somebody will make an alternate gunshot sound pack?

Weclock: any custom level packs?

Totally Redneck has a bunch of user levels for each game
here's how you play em
1. on the left side of the site under User Levels pick which game you want levels for and download a level
2. extract the zip to your C:/Program Files/GOG.com/Redneck Rampage Collection/(folder of whichever game the level is for)/
3. go to the start menu and open the Setup of whichever game the level is for
4. go down to User Level Selection > Select User Level and then pick the .map you want to play
5. go down to Save and launch Redneck Rampage n have fun

Fantastic. I'm probably going to buy the game this weekend and try some multiplayer with a friend probably with the add-on. But why isn't gog.com hosting this add-on though since it's official? Or at least, I think it is.
