I've spent at least 10-15 hours over the last couple of days rolling for characters. I've nearly got a team together, after entering some kind of meditative clicking state, but I was just wondering what the odds on rolling 7 13's are. 'Cos I've rolled the dice alot of times now, and the bugger hasn't come up once :) Any thoughts on how accurate number generators are in RPG's? Cos I haven't got a clue...
As an aside, this game is mental! Been playing it for 2 days and I haven't even started yet.

10+ hours rolling for characters?? When i spent over an hour rolling my characters for TOEE i thought i was hardcore...
I didn't once get an all '13' character when i was rolling my party, but i did get a lot of 2's on the negative stats multiple times so i just bumped up my main stats using them.
And after your super human perseverance i really hope you enjoy the game :)
If the number generator is accurate in RoA you'll need over 100,000 rolls (or just a lifetime) average until you get all 13 to the positive stats and you might get very high negative stats.
Just raise negative stats to get all 13 when you've a good roll, they aren't very important and can be lowered at level ups.
Yeah, I figured I'd probably be waiting a very long time. But it sure was fun trying! Managed to get a very nice starting team together and am now kicking bottom. Brill. Just wondering if anyone out there has ever got 13 on all stats in one roll? If so, you are one lucky SOB. I tried for so long I thought I was going mental. Not happening.

Well, it looks like the game rolls positive stats as: 1d6+7, while negative stats appear to use 1d6+1

Thus the odds of rolling a perfect all 13 character is 1 in 279.936

While the odds for a truly perfect roll is 1 in 78.364.164.096 *

* Of course when you allow for altered stats, your odds of getting perfect stats improve, as some classes require high values in one or two (looking at you Thorwalian) negative stats. Leaving room to raise your positive values.
