In theory in Appendix C of the manual, but it seems that it was scanned badly, since those pages appear to be missing.

The manual is in a .doc format and the first section has all the class requisites and starting equipment.
Apparently it's an old issue that was never solved, according to this topic I found while searching for the above-mentioned manual: http://www.gog.com/en/forum/realms_of_arkania_series/roa_2_manual_appendix_c
