Sala_sm: however, the br3 dll file messes with other games on my laptop, externally limiting them to 60fps and increasing the input lag
RibShark: Yeah, no. Better Rayman 3 installs only to the Rayman 3 folder, doesn't change any system settings except for EXEs named "Rayman3.exe" and "R3_Setup_DX8.exe" and doesn't apply any frame-limiters regardless (it simply fixes Rayman 3's existing, broken framelimiter with R3 specific code). There's no possible way that it will affect your other games.
That's odd... I had a framerate and audio delay issue with my other main game (osu!) and the problem got fixed when I removed the files added by the Better Rayman 3 patch. I'm not too great with tech anyways, but if you claim that it doesn't change any other files or system settings, then I'm honestly stomped.
Any idea why this could've happened? I've been playing the other game for 8 years and this problem never occured before. But truth be told, I recently switched to my worse laptop due to me moving out and it has an Intel HD graphics chip, so I guess the problem correlates with that being in my laptop.
