Whatever I set the punch key to, it just won't work. I've tried re-installing but still the problem persists. Every other control if fine.
Anybody have a clue why it might not be working?

You Can't punch in the first level....

Uhhh... have you actually continued playing the game past the first couple of levels?, you get the fist after the first couple of levels.
