I would like to create some custom maps but the editor that comes with the game is not included by GOG.
When are you GOG going to add the map editor?

Hi there,
there is no map editor in any version. If you are referring to the scenario editor, this comes just with the Steam version, as it is connected with Steam's workshop and GoG does not feature any similar feature so far.

Yes, I meant a scenario editor since the documentation is clear about not able to change the terrain, only cities and farms.
So my question stands why did GOG removed the editor? I don't think the editor has to be connected to Steam, that is BoS,
I don't see a point to have more business with GOG, period. Why buy incomplete games? I rather get stuff from Steam.

Here I am just now downloading the game, passing the time by reading the game's forum, only to discover that the game is incomplete as sold on GOG. I wish now that I had read the forum before I bought the game. I hope what is sold here turns out to be worth the money I paid for it.

Well I just checked Steam they are asking $113.90 for it. So that a lot more cash for the editor.
