About 2 and a bit out of 4 pages of User Reviews for the game's store page are filled with 5-Star reviews containing anti-Circumcision content (Some of it with foul language too) by users with incoherent names in all caps, with no games to their name and only the single review to their account, with at least 3 of them deemed 100% helpful by up to 11 upvotes (Of which I have to question if many, if any at all were made by genuine users), all posted within today (March 5th 2019).
While I have not managed to find similar spam occurring for other titles on the store and that there is perhaps a cheap joke to be had regarding the game in question & the subject of the spam, it's apparent spam nonetheless that bears no apparent relation to the game in question nor provides any useful feedback whatsoever (Arguably even obscuring such feedback the game has been given prior), and is perhaps worth investigation & appropriate action.
