Igor's hammering on the stole slab in town produces an unholy loud note, like somebody mixed up their MIDI instrument. Anyone else got that?

I had the same annoying thing untill I went into the install file and switched Sound Card drivers. Try General Midi Sound Driver, SoundBlaster or Adlib, they all sound better than Roland, which the gog-version is set to by default in the VGA-versions.

I'd like to point out that QG1VGA has this same problem. You get choir noises where there should be chirping.
