Can I assume that GameA.gog and GameA.cue correspond to Scourge of Armagon, while GameD.gog and GameD.cue correspond to Dissolution of Eternity?

Also, are the .gog file extensions just glorified .bin files?

That is all correct GameA is Armagon GameD is Dissoolution and yeah the .gog files are .bin files.
