Usually re-downloading fixes it. You can try using the GOG downloader instead of the browser to download, that might help. Or if the downloader didn't work you can try the browser.
Also, make sure you run the installer as administrator if you are using Vista or Windows 7.

I've tried downloading it several times now and I get the same error with the corrupted file, even with the GoG downloader, so if anyone have a good solution to this little problem, do tell :)
