Also, this version's saved games don't mess up too often, do they? I tried playing this game on Steam, but it crashes once in a while and when it does, POOF! no more save file... I literally cannot play through Steams version without losing my saved game halfway through...

Considering it's the same as every other PC version of the game, except without DRM, it should have the cheats that were included in the PC version.
I have the Steam version and I haven't had the game crash or nuke my save files. You might have to reinstall the game/verify the cache/find what's the problem with your machine.

You would think so but at least 2 other people have not been able to activate the cheats in gogs version of psychonauts.

I don't know if thats just because perhaps the cheats were made for version 1 of the game and don't work with latest patch or if its something to do with how gog handle compatiblity/crash fixes.

I can't get them either. I even changed bindings so that the keys didn't use their powers and still nothing. I'm tired of the endless grind of arrowhead hunting.
