The soundtrack for the game is awesome stuff, and it being bundled with the rest of the Psychonauts extras would be deliiiiightful.
Does this seem remotely likely, or are they tied up in rights discussions somewhere?

But I believe the soundtrack still being sold seperately, so chances of that happening are sadly rather low :-(
