I am running the up-to-date non-beta version of the game (41.78.13), but the version stated in-game in the menu is 41.78.14. I cannot join any servers because of this, and forcing version changes, as well as reinstalling, does nothing. What could possibly cause this version mismatch?

The new .15 hotfix works correctly. You'll have to reinstall the game though, because the patches only updates from the .12
