fixed: runes now spawn when triggered
fixed: arc rifle fire no longer spam-able
fixed: updated physics settings to keep players from moving through walls of movers
update: beating a level without any achievements now contributes to campaign progress, progress on existing campaigns will just go up a bit

The physics options are specifically to fix the weird rubber banding issues. Usually physics runs at 50hz independent of the frame rate. On low end machines this can cause a cascade of physics updates on a single frame that can bring down the frame rate even more. And when the physics and framerate are not locked movement may be a little jerky. So we set it to run once a frame so movement would be smooth and low end machines wouldn't suffer too much. But it seems to have some weird effects on some machines. So now there's an option, but changing it will really only help if there's a problem.

General Game Updates

• Fix: triggered projectile damage owner now properly set so player self damage will be correct for triggered rockets and sticky grenades.
• Fix: bug when finishing an editor map it would show the name of last cloud map you looked at.
• Tweak: changed footstep interval to 4 meters from 3 meters
• Fix: toggling something in a map will now detach entities (monsters, etc), entity damagers (sticky grenades get detached and triggered everything else gets destroyed), and destroy anything else (blood drips from ceilings, etc)
• Possible fix: bug where an exception is thrown when checking the last time a file was edited on computers with incorrect timezone settings. (another black screen bug)

Levels

• Bug fixes, enemy spawn tweaks, and checkpoint tweaks to multiple maps.
Quick Update - 11/12/2020
• Default launch Full Screen Mode changed to Full Screen Window instead of Exclusive Full Screen for maximum compatibility.

• Full Screen Mode settings can still be changed in the options menu.

If anyone still has crashes on startup add this to the custom launch parameters in Galaxy.

I don't think so. Maybe there is a hidden console command that would show the version number but I don't know if that's actually the case. For me the only ways to see which version is the current one is checking the version number in GOG Galaxy or having a look at the name of the offline installer.

Right click on the game icon, then "Manage Installation > Configure". The version numbers are shown in the "Installation" part. The one on top is always the newest.
The current version is 0.0.18 (setup_prodeus_0.0.18_(42704).exe)
With the latest patch the game shows the version number now on the main menu screen.

Does anyone know how they keep track of changes, corrections and improvements to this game in terms of updates? GOG notifies me of changes to the game and any updates or fixes made. But I don't see the Prodeus Changelog anywhere on the download page of the game.

The changelog is only available through Galaxy. But there the menu is grayed out, the devs have not provided a changelog file.

Hi. Why does Prodeus keep wiping my progress?

I got past the fist three campaign ares. It syncs to GoG. I go back (admittedly a few weeks later) and all progress has gone. Happened twice now and it's getting dull having to do it all again,

Multiplayer Lobby Update (October 8, 2022)
We've made some updates to the multiplayer lobby browser.

• All multiplayer games in all regions will now be displayed in the lobby browser.
• In progress games and full games will be displayed at the bottom of the list with their buttons redded out.
• Private games are not shown in the lobby browser.
• Games are sorted based on distance from the region you first connect to, so games in regions closer to your "home region" will be listed first.

Hopefully this will streamline joining multiplayer games and show players that they are not alone in the Prodiverse.
