I'm stuck in the council code part. I've gone into a factory and retrieved rusted gears, but don't know what to do with them. I have Oswald Monocle, and I'm using in the information kiosk, but I'm stuck after the "redline" portion. I also figured that I can make Oswald away by using the transmitter on rex to make him go after the robot, but I can't pick up the oil, and I use the gears on it, but it also didn't work.
I also know that I can obtain part of the council code by using the gospel of man with Leopold (since he has some connection to ever faithful, but since he goes away, and I don't know if I need another item from him I realoaded my save file)

If possible, hints are better than the solution ( I also asked Crispin, but other than "there is some bad spelling on the kiosk", it's just his usual mocking me =P)

Once Oswald is gone you should be able to take his oil. Maybe it's just a timing issue.
Did you get the note from the barkeeper, asking to stop Oswald from drinking?

As for REDLIEN, its the next level in a row of little puzzles. The text is a poem and poems are ...? (check for capitals in this one)

thanks for the help! but now i'm kinda stuck again (the oil I discovered that I needed to read a note from the "barman" (or bar "arm") so I could take the oil)
I'm stuck in a part where various letters from a thext are in caption, and the phrase "First Letters" came... but I don't have a clue from what I need to take the first letters.

You probably have to dig deeper into the information kiosk starting with MEMORIOUS MANBUILT
In every text is a hidden clue, what to search next.
