I installed the game newest linux version on openSUSE Tumbleweed and it crashes in main menu. Whatever option I choose, new game, load game, it will immediately quit to desktop without any error or anything.

Edit: Added terminal output:

Unfortunately, the Linux shell is GOG's proprietary thing. I definitely can't help, and I'm not sure our coder will be able to, either, though I'll shoot him an email. I'd recommend taking a stab at GOG tech support, and if you don't hear from them, shoot me an email at mark at wormwoodstudios dot com and I'll see what I can do. If we can't fix it, I'll work on getting you a refund.

First, thank you very much for interest in my case and support offer.

I gave up on Linux version. Ironically Windows version under Wine works almost flawlessly on my system (needed to change some graphics settings because game wouldn't launch with default ones) which is acceptable for me.

I guess that is a happy ending, but it feels a little bit like some dissident author's novel being translated back into its native language from a French edition rather than just being read in the original. :D

Glad to hear it's resolved!
