FlamingFirewire: How can you extract "Book.MOV" from "game.gog" - I've tried extracting it using 7Zip, and also renaming it to different archive format, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to extract the file from "game.gog". I assume it's just an image of the original game disc, but I can't seem to figure out how to get "Book.MOV".
Centur10n86: I have uploaded the movie to a one drive folder.

I ended up finding those files elsewhere on the forums too, but thank you for sharing them! I've been able to get everything working using those files, kinda surprised how easy it is to work once you have them.

Stixsmaster: .gog files are really .bin files. gog staff literelly renames any file ending with .bin to .gog.
do the opposite and get a bin extractor
Ah! That's good to know for future releases. I figure a lot of games with CD audio probably have those in the install directories then - I'll look into that for future releases.
