Hi there,
I remember I had the same problem when I was playing P2 for the first time, but I don't remember, what was the solution.
On Thursday I went first to the Police station, but as I didn't have enough money I couldn't pay. So I went through the whole station a killed every single person there. I was not able to turn the fire alarm on, but I found the uniform. Anyway, even if I found enough money, I couldn't pay, as there was no one in the station. So I went out and in (load time) and there was officer again, but when he' talking to me, he's saying "You have to pay -- bucks/$" He doesn't say how much and when I try to pay (I have more than $500), he says it's not enough.
Is there any way, how to solve this? Or how to restart level? Because my autosaves are already after I shot everyone...
