I started PR2 on Windows 10 and the water is bugged in the menu as well as in the game itself. I did run the PR2config.exe and used all possible settings, but nothing changed.
I tried running PR2.exe in XP (SP2) compatibility mode.
I tried running it in my 4k resolution as well as in normal HD.

I'm kind of out of options here. Any ideas?

make sure that directx9.0c as well as directplay is installed.

Then it shall run fine

Thank you for your answer, but that was not the solution.

HOWEVER: I found the solution myself. The solution for my problem WAS setting it to XP (SP2) compatibility mode after all. BUT you have to klick the button to change the options for ALL users at the bottom of the compatibility tab. No Idea why, but that solved the problem.

hmmmm....top of my head?

Not installed as an admin?
Parent-directory with restrictive rights? Also/Or Installed in Program files (X86)?
