Promised lands did have a dos version btw, and it came with Wild West, Silly Land, Block Land, Révolution Française and Bit Plains

Final frontier was amiga and atari only :( and it came with some sort of alien planet????

And the super nintendo version came with japanesque, francaise, silly land, bit plains, piglet world, and cake land,

The bit plains was different than the promised lands version as it had nintendo systems and controllers! Pig land was awesome to say the least :D Honestly despite the prefered pc controls, the snes verson was in my opinion the best version.

I would like to see a mega populous release with all the se lands in it! I know it would be hard to do but if anyone can do it gog can! And wouldn't gog do such for its god players? I hope so.

Seriously if you have a snes or can find one for cheap, you really should give this version a shot!

Great info! I've been looking all over trying to find info on those tile sets.
I briefly had the Master System version, when I was under 10. Loved it so much, but could never get far..

Wont ever happen since it would require them to remake the lands from the SNES version and then build a patch to ingrate them into the original game and since the source code is long since gone it wont ever happen, plus even if the souce code still was around GOG is not in the business of making content for the games especially ones that are owned by other companies.
The SNES version was what got me into Populous. It took my young mind many hours just to figure out what to do in the game. It was worth it though.
