Only with simple stretching via your GPU driver. There is no hack for higher or widescreen resolutions avaiblabe, as far as i know. But you can turn off some of the info elements on the screen to make it a little bit nicer while playing.

There is a way to get higher resolutions, like 800x600 and 1024x768, by tweaking settings in the Glide wrapper used. I used to do this on my retail versions of the game running on Windows XP with dgVoodoo. But I don't know if you can do this with the GOG version, since there doesn't appear to be a place to change Glide wrapper settings in this installation. There is no way to get true widescreen support, only stretching to my knowledge.

What resolution does it run in? I run a default rez of 1280x1024 and certainly don't want a game that is like 640x480...

Unfortunately, this GOG version defaults to 640x480.
