Im stuck on the quest you receive from many-as-one early on in the game where he gives you the quest to find the silent king's weakness. He already hates me because I killed a bunch of rats to get to him but the problem lies in the dead nations quest.

I wanted to find out what was happening to the silent king and talked to everyone, saving the skeleton priest for last, and ended up taking his way out of the dead nations. I later found out that the only peaceful way to get to the silent king is through stale mary but when I asked her about the silent king she just repeated his name over and over again (Even though I had 17 charisma at the time) She never said anything else about the silent king even though the wiki says she was supposed to. Plus now im barred from taking that nonviolent route because working with the skeleton priest locks you out of mary's option.

What do I do? I dont want the dead nations hostile to me. Do I just abandon the quest? Will this make pharod's orb unfindable? I tried going back and killing many as one but apparently he's invincible? What do I do now?

In order to get Stale Mary to let you meet the Silent King, you need to know that the Silent King can grant you permission to leave. This is done through Hargrimm's dialogue, where he tells you that it's the will of the Silent King that you stay with them as a prisoner, at which point you get the option to ask if he can be convinced to allow otherwise. This is what opens up both Hargrimm's and Stale Mary's solutions to this quest. Then, as long as haven't finished Hargrimm's final task, and have at least 16 Charisma, you can have Stale Mary show you the portal to the Silent King's room.

The Bronze Sphere is in the Drowned Nations; the ultimate point of the whole Silent King/Many-As-One thing is just to get there, which can be done via either the Dead Nations or the Warrens of Thought, depending on whose side you take. If Hargrimm let you go, and the undead aren't hostile towards you, you can just walk into there (the door is to the left of the entrance from the Catacombs), get your stuff and get back the way you came.

Thank you! I thought I had just messed up the game with a glitch or something. I really appreciate your help.
I slaughtered Many-as-One's rats because I didn't feel like killing everyone including the Silent King considering I did so much for them and honestly, I HATED the design in the area, too much enemies. I've yet to clear the Drowned Nation to get what I need and get out.
