osm, thank you, this will most likely be what I need to show Ratbone (interestingly, I did mod the game with a fresh start, and not pre-existing saves, so wondering how Ratbone is still missing).
Have you enabled the debug console before for Planescape Torment? Asking because unfortunately, when I follow the given instructions in the github response to enable the debug console in my game, I don't have the necessary folder or .lua file to edit to add the debug mode line. These are the
instructions. The "%user%\Documents\Planescape Torment - Enhanced Edition" folder just does not exist on my Windows PC. All of my saves are stored within the game files where the game is installed.
What I've tried so far (after a bunch of research and Googling):
* I found a
steam post from a Beamdog dev to download the .lua file. From some research it looks like this file can be used for PT:EE.
* I edited this file to add the debug mode
SetPrivateProfileString('Program Options','Debug Mode','1') * I created a "Planescape Torment - Enhanced Edition" folder in MyDocuments and placed the edited .lua file there.
* I tried booting the game up and testing hitting CTRL+SPACE to trigger the debug console, which did not work. I tried with the file saved as "Baldur.lua" and "Planescape.lua"
Would you know where the .lua file can be saved if I don't have a "Planescape Torment - Enhanced Edition" folder in Documents? Do you have experience loading the debug console? Thank you again for your time.
