Does anyone know why when i use ignus to cast improved strenght on a party memember, instead of increasing, it goes lower? IT used to work not it doesnt. Instead of getting 23 strenght or something, it goes to 11 from 18. Very annoying.

I believe it says in the spell description that it can only increase strength up to 18. I could be wrong though, it's been a while.

Note he said to 11 from 18. That's dropping by 7.
Sadly, I've no clue.

Yeah, its the improved strenght spell, which according to the description can give you 25 maximum for a warrior. It did for the first few times, and then it started lowering my strenght instead. Really weird.

It depends on the location where you cast those spells. Carceri is an evil, selfish location where magic works differently. Selfish magic works well, but helping magic has horrible side effects.

Ha i guess that explains it. I was in that part of the game. I have a save when i got back to sigil, ill see if it works properly there.
