After getting the Bronze Sphere for Pharod and giving it to him, when Annah enters the room and they make a few exchanges, the dialogue provides no way of going further. Pharod speaks, I press enter for more and...nothing. It gets stuck on Pharod's last exchange, with no way of me progressing the dialogue. I have to force quit the game and reload.

This happened quite a few times before, like with Deonarrah in the Mortuary, but I could always reload and avoid a certain dialogue option so it wouldn't get stuck, but with this important/unskippable part of the game, there's no other option but for me to speak with Pharod, Annah walk in, and the dialogue get stuck.

Has anyone else encountered this? I have the Fix Pack and everything else recommended in the Ultimate Experience thread. So...what to do?

The post it's quite old but i got this problem myself and managed to find a solution, so worth answering for future use of someone else!

The problem resides with the increased font dimension. I was able to get past the dialogue by uninstalling the increased font dimension mod (i had it set to 80% more than original). Doing this allowed me to have 2 dialogue choices below the text where the game got stuck before and finish the dialogue/go on with the game.
