Do i really need full int to start out as mage, cause i have: 16 int, 18 wisdom, 14 constitution

Your starting int is rather too high than too low on the long run for a mage from the powergaming perspective. Don't put any stat points you get at level up into int, you'll be able to reach 18+ which is perfect without.

Thanks a lot :D
Those are fine. You eventually want I think 21 intelligence for conversation options (20 for memorizing spells), higher than that i don't think it worth worrying about. With 18 starting wisdom it will raise up with quests/rewards so buy a +2 wisdom tattoo early (a little extra experience/dialogue), get a +2 intelligence tattoo.

All other points just pump up your constitution for extra health/hitpoints, you want to get it to 25 or close. I think you'll get like 4 or so constitution along the way (2 from lawful good artifacts, and a few from quests/dialogue). So you should be fine with that starting 3, and then just con, con, con! more CON! The higher the better.
